After freezing my absolute tits off last year at fashion week, I finally learned my lesson. It’s hard to envision the cold sitting on your warm California patio, so I really underestimate my needs when packing sometimes. Although it wasn’t as brutal this year, I made it a point to pack multiple faux fur coats, sweatshirts and options for both warmer and colder days. Dressing for NYFW can be pretty intimidating as people from all over the world gather like peacocks to show off their shiny feathers. However, my priority was being comfortable and warm running from show to show. Let me know in the comments which was your favorite look. I love hearing your feedback:)
This white monochrome was my favorite look. I’m obsessed with this plush coat with blue silk lining; it makes me feel like a polar teddy bear.
I saved a look for a warmer day just in case and to my luck it happened. I bought these fishnet tights for Burning Man months ago and thought I would finally take them for a spin.

Hello beautiful unicorns,
In the last two years I’ve been to Hawaii twice and specifically to Maui. After careful research and advice from my seasoned traveler friends I decided to pull the plug and head out to the glorious island of Oahu this time. I feel like photos are worth a thousand words, so I’ll let you enjoy the island through my eyes.
If you’re not the type to lay on a beach all day, Oahu has SO much to offer. Between stunning hikes, insane shopping, nature reserves, turtle beaches, turquoise water and of course FOOD- there is so much to see and do. I strongly recommend renting a car and trying to see as much as possible. It takes just a couple hours to drive around the entire island, and every day could be a completely new adventure.
I hope you had so much fun scrolling through and definitely check out the video my boyfriend Spencer and I shot while visiting:)
I know most of you reading this are probably buried under 5 feet of snow but, I never thought I would come and live to that moment where I’ll be able to play with layering and cozy textures here in Los Angeles. This glorious time of the year is here!
If you’re ever in doubt on how to style the latest winter trends, I highly recommend combining embroidered denim and velour. It makes for a lovely combo!

Last week I got the chance to attend an event at Jared The Galleria of Jewelry in Los Angeles. I was fortunate enough to try on stunning diamonds, tour the store, and be pampered with some cute manicures – every girls dream!
On most days I’m somebody that prefers tiny, stackable pieces. However, that doesn’t stop me from appreciating the craftsmanship and artistry that goes behind creating these intricate diamond rings and necklaces. The amount of sparkle my hand got to carry that day was unbelievable. I personally am obsessed with the Chosen line. You can check it out here: http://chosenbyjared.com/
My favorite part of the tour was the fact that they had a full service jeweler in the store that was able to custom design or resize any pieces right on the spot. Just as it is for apparel, tailoring/customization is such a great, added touch to your look.
All in all, I highly recommend adding Jared to your holiday shopping list. With a variety of pieces at all different price points, I think you’ll be able to get something very unique for your friends and family this holiday season. And, hey, why not pick up a little something for yourself, too? ☺
~Thank you to Jared The Galleria of Jewelry for sponsoring this post!
Hello my lovely unicorns,
It’s Thanksgiving morning here in Nashville and I’m just sitting here thinking how happy I am with everything that I have been given. Some of you may have noticed that you weren’t able to access my blog for the past couple of weeks. It’s a complicated ordeal, but in a few words, my domain name expired and due to Google’s changes in how you access your G-suite account I was no longer able to log in and save my domain. Between my management team, web design agency and myself we spent long hours calling and trouble shooting. Something that seems so simple to figure out turned into my worst nightmare. My blog was gone and I couldn’t retrieve any of my posts back. A few days ago I got a call from my manager and one of my best friends Petar that somehow through hours of trial and error and phone calls he was able to get everything back.
I feel like I often take for granted this platform that I’ve been given to share my creativity and thoughts and so many times I don’t even think twice that I can get on the internet and post something that will go out to thousands of people. I’m not saying that my blog is the most important thing in my life I’m thankful for, but it’s incredible how much more you appreciate something when you risk losing it. I encourage you to take a look of everything in your life, whether it’s your family, significant other or job situation and just have a moment to truly appreciate in your heart everything you have and fall in love with your life, every minute of it.
Anytime I can get together with my girlfriends, play dress up and support the fashion community, I’m all in! If you’re around this weekend, me along some seriously inspiring girls are joining the first ever College Fashion week in Los Angeles.
Next week Her Campus, the number one new-media brand for the empowered college woman, is hosting its first ever LA College Fashion Week. For those of you who don’t know, College Fashion Week is about celebrating real women’s bodies and highlighting fashion as a form of self-expression.
I’m really excited to support this empowering experience that leaves college women feeling confident and inspired. If you live in LA and are interested in also supporting this amazing program, details to purchase tickets are below. A big thanks to the event sponsors: Foray Collective, DryBar, Rebecca Minkoff, Vince Camuto, Fitbit, Bertha Watches and Perfumania.

Thank you so much for reading and don’t check out my friend’s Kelsey fabulous blog who will also be joining this Saturday!:)
Back in February as I was walking around Soho in NYC after a very boozy brunch I decided to walk into the Stuart Weitzman store and check out these high-knee boots I’ve been eyeing for a very long time. To anyone it may have seemed like a bad idea, but my enabling friends reassured me that it was a fantastic idea to buy them right then and there. And let me tell you, I’ve made some bad decisions in my life, but that definitely wasn’t one. These beauties have become an absolute staple in my wardrobe. They even survived a girl spilling soy sauce on them at a Topshop event. (although she didn’t) jk:)
Thank you so much for dropping by!
Outfit: Dress: Bebe, Boots: Stuart Weitzman, Bag: Givenchy.
It is now October and summer is still in full session here in Los Angeles. Of course my body is ready for layering textures and fuzzy coats, but might as well make the best of it and give my summer looks a few more spins.
Most people consider the bedroom their little sanctuary. Quite frankly, I sleep on a mattress against an empty wall embellished by a rusty Ikea mirror. If I had a relationship with my loft, my workspace would be my main and everyone else my side bitches. It’s basically where I sleep, eat, breathe and watch cat videos, which consequently represents the base layer of my existence.
Some of you unicorns may remember my old offices throughout the years. I had this pesky glass desk that would get dirty just by looking at it, so no matter how many times a day I cleaned it it always felt like I was staring at the oily fingerprint machine in the airport TSA line. This marble desk makes my heart skip a beat. She’s stunning, loyal, and most importantly stable- everything I’ve ever wanted.
The details are simple. I wanted combination of black & whites with accents of gold. To set the attitude for the day, naturally, I crowned my desk with a middle finger sculpture and set slightly vulgar motivational prints on my marble shelves.
My stuff: Marble Desk: CB2, Stool: The Well Appointed House, Marble Shelves: CB2, Marble Notebook: THP, Business Stationary: Minted, Prints: Sealoe, Lamp: CB2, Marble Stand: Sur La Table, Pencils: Houzz, Middle Finger: Interior Illusions Home, Candle: Diptyque, Clear Acrylic Container: Container Store, Palm Tree: Ikea, B&W Mug: CB2.
Thank you so much for reading! Excited to hear your thoughts!
I’m SO excited to announce that my blog has gotten a face lift and it’s better than ever. Well, at least in my humble opinion, so please don’t break my heart. If you’re new here, I like to keep things simple and real as I don’t take myself very seriously. I do however take what I do very seriously. Treat this website as a window into my soul. I would love to continue sharing my pursuit of finding beauty within the fashion world, self-discovery and self-expression.
Thank you so much for reading! So excited to have you join me on this next chapter. Let me know your thoughts below on the new layout as well as what you would like to see more of on this blog. Can’t wait to hear what your beautiful minds have to say <3
